DELIVERY

In order to make purchasing from us as easy as possible we are pleased to provide you with 2 delivery options .

Zone 1 - Standard UK Delivery (3-5 Working Days) £6.99 inc VAT.

Zone 1 Express Delivery - Normally delivered in 1 - 2 Working Days £9.99 inc. VAT. Not available for Highlands and Islands.

AVAILABILITY

We aim to hold all items in stock, however should an item become out of stock or more popular than we expected, there may be occasional delays when ordering. Sometimes we may experience difficulties with the supply of certain products and may therefore provide a substitute of the same or better quality at no extra cost. If this does occur then we will contact you either via telephone or email to advise you on this first.

RETURNS

Any unwanted item can be returned within fourteen days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding postage and packing charges).

The item should be complete and unused in its original unopened packaging and a returns authorisation should be obtained beforehand.

If an item is faulty please contact us for a Returns Authorisation number and we will ask you to either post the item back to us or we will arrange a courier to collect the item.

Upon receipt, the item will be tested and if found to be faulty will be replaced or refunded (in full including return postage costs originally borne by you).

If found not to be faulty you will be given the option of having the item returned to you at your cost or a refund (less 20% restocking charge and all postage costs).
