Our Click & Collect service is FREE!
If you order before 3pm you'll be able to collect your order the following day after 9am from our store, (Monday to Friday only) All orders will be held for four days. (Click here for our store opening hours)
You will need to bring along the payment card that you used when you placed your order and a copy of your order summary.
Caravanstuff4u offers a Click & Collect service to its customers on all website orders paid for using a valid debit or credit card. This option is not currently available for customers wishing to pay using Paypal.
When placing an order on our website, customers will be given the option to choose our Click & Collect service, which will allow them to collect their chosen goods from our store on the next working day after placing their order if those goods are in stock.
On receipt of a Click & Collect order, our store will reserve the chosen parts and hold them for collection for four days following receipt of the order. – If the goods have not been collected by this time they will be put back into stock and may be sold to another customer.
Caravanstuff4u will make every effort to ensure that selected products are available for collection as indicated. However, from time to time it may not be possible to locate a particular item in-store. In such instances Caravanstuff4u will make every effort to contact customers to advise them of the situation and where possible, offer an alternative. Caravanstuff4u cannot be held liable for journey costs or time lost in instances where products are unavailable.
We aim to hold all items in stock, however should an item become out of stock or more popular than we expected, there may be occasional delays when ordering. Sometimes we may experience difficulties with the supply of certain products and may therefore provide a substitute of the same or better quality at no extra cost.

Any unwanted item can be returned within Thirty days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding postage and packing charges).
The item should be complete and unused in its original unopened packaging and a returns authorisation should be obtained beforehand.
If an item is faulty please contact us for a Returns Authorisation number and we will ask you to either post the item back to us or we will arrange a courier to collect the item.
Upon receipt, the item will be tested and if found to be faulty will be replaced or refunded (in full including return postage costs originally borne by you).
If found not to be faulty you will be given the option of having the item returned to you at your cost or a refund (less 20% restocking charge and all postage costs).
