You are expected to pay all sums due at point of purchase. Any goods not paid for will not be dispatched
Delivery will be by method of our choice, usually 48 hour courier or Royal Mail. A signature is required for all deliveries by courier. It is your responsibility to inspect the goods delivered for damage before signing for them. You should refuse delivery if the goods can be seen to be damaged. It is expressly understood by you, the purchaser, that delivery time is not of the essence.
If we are unable to dispatch you order within two working days we may cancel your order and issue a refund accordingly.
We aim to despatch all goods within two working days of receiving an order, providing that the goods are in stock. Delivery for most postal addresses will normally be three to five working days following your order. Delivery to non-mainland or remote areas might take longer. If we are unable to despatch your order within five working days, not including weekends or bank holidays, we will contact you by e-mail (or by other means if provided) and advise you of the expected date of despatch. You will only be charged one fee for delivery, regardless of how many items you order provided your payment is received in one transaction.
All our courier delivery services require a signature and are instructed not to leave a parcel without a signature being obtained, we will NOT deviate from this. Please let us know if our couriers do.
If goods ordered have not been delivered to you within 14 days of the expected despatch date given to you, you must notify us of this. If you do not do so, then we will not accept any liability for the loss of the goods.
Regrettably, at this time, we are unable to dispatch to addresses which includes BFPO.
Damages and shortages:
If the goods delivered to you are damaged, you must inform us of this within 48 hours of the delivery date. We may then arrange for the goods to be collected or we may ask you to return the goods (initially at your cost). Following inspection, providing the damage has not been caused by neglect or misuse, we will replace or repair damaged goods at our own expense. We will also refund the cost of return carriage.
If the goods returned as damaged are found to be in perfect condition and proper working order, they will be returned to you, and the cost of carriage will be charged to you.
Please notify shortages on receipt.

All of our products come with a manufacturer warranty, please ask for details where required. It is understood by you, the purchaser, that the warranty only covers the product for their intended use. e.g. Kettles are used for domestic use boiling water, awnings (unless stated otherwise) are intended for touring use, airbeds are intended as occasional sleep mattresses, etc.
Any unwanted item can be returned within Thirty days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. You, the buyer, are responsible for all return postage costs. The item should be complete and unused in its original unopened packaging and a returns authorisation should be obtained beforehand.
If an item is faulty please contact us for a Returns Authorisation number and we will ask you to either post the item back to us or we will arrange a courier to collect the item. Upon receipt, the item will be tested and if found to be faulty will be replaced or refunded (in full including return postage costs originally borne by you). If found not to be faulty you will be given the option of having the item returned to you at your cost or destroyed on your behalf. We may, entirely at our discretion, choose to offer a partial or full refund.
