Easy to assemble, use, clean and stow; the Grillo Chef 40 BBQ Paella Pan is the perfect barbecue for caravanning and motor homing, and the latest model to the Grillo Chef family.
This mid-sized, lightweight barbecue comes with a GreenGrill ceramic BBQ Grid and Paella Pan, covering a range of cooking options.
With push button piezo ignition and adjustable temperature control, you’ll be cooking perfectly in minutes. It is robust, compact and portable, and a removable pot stand is included for use with your own pots and pans. The enamelled fat pan with flame ‘peep’ holes is removable for easy cleaning and when not in use the unit packs down neatly into a durable storage bag.
Optional accessories for the Grillo Chef 40 BBQ Paella Pan include the Grill 2 Braai 40, a solid half and half grill plate, and the Pizza Stone Pro 40 is perfect for stone-baked pizzas, breads and pastries. And for even easier clean up, the Soft Soak 40, is the ideal accessory.

The Grillo Chef 40 barbecue will run off either Butane or Propane gas, which regulates between 28-30mBar (Butane) and 37mBar (Propane).
Cadac don’t supply a regulator and hose with any of their barbecues. As they can be run from multiple gas sources there isn’t one single regulator which can be used for all the different gas sources. Therefore the regulator and hoses are sold separately, so that our customers can make sure they have one that is appropriate to their gas source.
