A high quality ABS plastic base to ensure the wind speed does not tip the parasol and base over. The parasol base can be filled with water or sand to add extra weight and stability. It can then be emptied to make the item easier to transport. 

Complete with an adjustable pole lock for various diameter parasols or flags.
